Data Privacy and Security: Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption. All data is stored securely in the cloud with end-to-end encryption to ensure privacy and protection.
Medical Information Accuracy: Always consult healthcare professionals. The app does not substitute professional medical advice.
Consultation and Appointment Safety: Confirm appointments and ensure a private space for virtual consultations.
User Responsibilities: Keep your account secure by using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication.
Third-Party Integrations: Be aware of third-party services that may access your data through the app.
Regulatory Compliance: Check Up complies with data protection regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.
Parental Controls: Ensure minors use the app under supervision.

Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App.
8. Payments and Fees

Doctor Payments: Doctors will receive payments for services rendered through the App. Payments will be made to the account specified during registration.

9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
10. Profile Pictures for Doctors
Doctors are required to upload profile pictures to help patients recognize and identify them. All profile pictures are stored securely in our cloud system with end-to-end encryption. The data is protected to ensure that your privacy and security are maintained.
11. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Check Up or its licensors.
License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal and commercial purposes as described in this Policy.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Check Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
